ATP Welcomes Wayne Rolston

ATP Nutrition is excited to welcome back Wayne Rolston, joining the team as the Product Innovation Lead. 

Reporting to Dan Owen, ATP's Director of Market Development and Agronomy, Wayne will provide technical agronomic support bringing new product innovations to market, such as the NutriScan, an in-field real-time soil diagnostic tool, biological innovations such as Synergro M² and continual evolution of ATP’s plant nutrition solutions. 

Dan Owen comments, “We’re excited to have Wayne back on the ATP Team, with his extensive agricultural knowledge and expertise he will help bring great value to the growers and retailers by helping them understand how AgTech technologies can restore both plant and soil heath to deliver the genetic potential of the crop.”

“As ATP’s business continues to grow and push boundaries, Wayne will help further expand the technical support for the sales team, by supporting the nutritional and soil health needs of growers and retailers.”

Wayne is from a mixed farm in Central Alberta. He attended the University of Alberta and received his B.Sc Ag in Soil Science and Agronomy. Over the past 28 years as a Professional Agrologist, Wayne has participated in many agricultural roles as they pertain to field crop production and grain merchandising. He has been an agrologist for independent retails and line companies as well as a territory sales representative and research technician for major crop protection manufacturers.

Wayne brings his practical experience, scientific knowledge and agronomic skills to ATP’s prescription product portfolio that embraces the R3 Agronomic Platform and the System of Chemtrition. This experience is vital for the being able to work alongside and educate agronomists, retailers, and growers on plant nutrition and soil health.

Through dedication and hard work, Wayne has passionately built a reputation based on integrity and a commitment to service.

Wayne currently lives in Camrose, AB with his wife Joanne and their three boys.
